Ils sont utilis\u00e9s par les fournisseurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour facturer l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, mais \u00e9galement pour des besoins de sous-comptage sur des circuits sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"surveiller-la-qualite-du-signal-electrique\">Surveiller la qualit\u00e9 du signal \u00e9lectrique<\/h3>\n<p>Certaines perturbations dans le signal \u00e9lectrique r\u00e9duisent le rendement des appareils, limitent leur dur\u00e9e de vie et peuvent perturber leur fonctionnement. Soit Tension (V) = R\u00e9sistance (\u03a9) x Intensit\u00e9 (A).<\/p>\n<p>Plus la tension est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le d\u00e9bit de courant \u00e9lectrique peut \u00eatre important. Le principe est comparable au diam\u00e8tre d\u2019une canalisation qui conditionne la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau transportable.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pour cette raison que les lignes \u00e9lectriques hautes tension transportent une tension de plusieurs dizaines de milliers de volts, qui sera ensuite transform\u00e9e et distribu\u00e9e aux consommateurs en 230V ou 400V.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"la-tension-simple-symbole-u-l-n\">La tension simple (symbole U L-N)<\/h4>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de la tension mesur\u00e9e entre la phase et le neutre du circuit \u00e9lectrique. Sauf cas exceptionnels, la valeur de tension simple est de 230V en France. Elle est disponible <a href=\"https:\/\/lettel.com\/fr\/ressources\/explication-compteur-electrique\/\">sur un circuit monophas\u00e9<\/a> et entre chaque et le neutre d\u2019un circuit <a href=\"https:\/\/lettel.com\/fr\/categories-produits\/mesure-electrique\/compteurs-electrique\/\">t\u00e9traphas\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"tension-composee-symbole-u-l-l\">Tension compos\u00e9e (symbole U L-L)<\/h4>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de la tension mesur\u00e9e entre deux phases d\u2019un circuit \u00e9lectrique. En France la valeur de tension compos\u00e9e est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 400V. Disponible sur des circuits \u00e9lectriques comportant \u00e0 minima deux phases, la tension compos\u00e9e est donc mesurable sur les circuits \u00e9lectriques biphas\u00e9s, triphas\u00e9s et <a href=\"https:\/\/lettel.com\/fr\/categories-produits\/mesure-electrique\/compteurs-electrique\/\">t\u00e9traphas\u00e9s<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"le-courant-ou-lintensite-symbole-i\">Le Courant ou l\u2019Intensit\u00e9 (symbole I)<\/h3>\n<p>Exprim\u00e9 en Amp\u00e8res (A), le Courant ou Intensit\u00e9 est la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lectrons qui circule sur un circuit \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"le-courant-alternatif-symbole-ca\">Le courant alternatif (symbole CA)<\/h4>\n<p>Les \u00e9lectrons circulent alternativement dans un sens puis dans l\u2019autre \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers appel\u00e9s cycles. Ce va-et-vient permanent, sur une distance de l\u2019ordre du milli\u00e8me de millim\u00e8tre, est appel\u00e9 oscillation. Il permet \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectron d\u2019\u00eatre achemin\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du conducteur.<br \/>\nLa vitesse d\u2019oscillation se mesure en Hertz. En France la vitesse est de 50Hz, ce qui signifie que les \u00e9lectrons se d\u00e9placent \u00e0 une vitesse de 50 cycles par seconde.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"le-courant-continu-symbole-cc\">Le courant continu (symbole CC)<\/h4>\n<p>Le courant continu est unidirectionnel. Il permet d\u2019alimenter un circuit dont la charge est constante dans le temps. Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour alimenter des appareils \u00e9lectroniques dont la variation de charge est faible.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"la-frequence-symbole-f\">La fr\u00e9quence (symbole F)<\/h3>\n<p>Exprim\u00e9e en Hertz (Hz), la fr\u00e9quence est une composante du <a href=\"https:\/\/lettel.com\/fr\/categories-produits\/alimentation\/\">courant alternatif<\/a>. Il s\u2019agit de la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle les \u00e9lectrons effectuent un cycle oscillatoire. Elle est mesur\u00e9e en nombre de cycles par seconde. En France la fr\u00e9quence est de 50Hz.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"le-facteur-de-puissance-symbole-fp\">Le facteur de puissance (symbole FP)<\/h3>\n<p>Le facteur de puissance, appel\u00e9 \u00e9galement cosinus Phi indique l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du circuit (combien de la puissance totale est utilis\u00e9e r\u00e9ellement).<\/p>\n<p>Il se calcule selon la formule :<br \/>\n\\( \\text{FP} = \\cos(\\varphi) \\)<\/p>\n<p>Sa valeur est comprise entre 0 et 1.<\/p>\n<p>Un appareil ayant un facteur de puissance de 1 est un appareil purement r\u00e9sistif, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que toute la puissance apparente qu\u2019il consomme est utilis\u00e9e comme puissance active. Selon le type d\u2019appareil, cette puissance peut \u00eatre transform\u00e9e en chaleur, lumi\u00e8re ou travail m\u00e9canique. Dans ce cas, la tension et le courant sont totalement en phase, et il n\u2019y a aucune puissance r\u00e9active ni flux p\u00e9riodique d\u2019\u00e9nergie vers le r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<p>Certains appareils \u00e9lectriques sont dits r\u00e9actifs. Ils stockent p\u00e9riodiquement de l\u2019\u00e9nergie dans un champ magn\u00e9tique (inductif) ou \u00e9lectrique (capacitif) et la restituent ensuite au r\u00e9seau.
